The facades' colours celebrate natural tones with shades of beige and anthracite, illuminated by a touch of ochre, harmonising perfectly with the rest of the neighbourhood. The mansard roofs lend a unique charm to the buildings, and the high ceilings of the top-floor apartments facilitate the creation of welcoming and comfortable spaces.

The arrangement of the four buildings ingeniously integrates the residences in the available space and optimises the outdoor areas. The project is designed around a private courtyard, not only ensuring moments of conviviality for residents but also allowing light to flow into all the apartments.
